General Policy
All purchases made through www.shybunny.ca are subject to this Refund & Returns Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all cosmetic products are final sale once opened or used. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your Shy Bunny experience. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:

The Product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

The Product was purchased directly from www.shybunny.ca.
Products purchased from authorized retailers or third-party platforms must be returned to that retailer and are subject to their policies.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Opened, used, or tampered products.

Gift cards, promotional bundles, or limited-edition items.

Free gifts or promotional items.

Shipping fees (except where legally required).
Return Process

Contact our support team at support@shybunny.ca with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and, where required, a return shipping label.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Returned items must be received within 10 business days of approval.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a cash refund at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect Product, notify us at support@shybunny.ca within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change a Product, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
All items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse service, deny returns, or close accounts in cases of suspected abuse, excessive returns, fraud, or violations of this Policy.
Legal Rights
This Refund & Returns Policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under Canadian consumer protection laws.
