Shipping Within Canada
At this time, Shy Bunny ships exclusively within Canada. Orders placed on our Site (www.shybunny.ca) will only be fulfilled to Canadian addresses.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, product launches, or promotions.

Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Estimated shipping timelines shown at checkout are for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier: We ship through trusted third-party carriers. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, delivery address, and any promotional offers in effect. Free shipping thresholds (if offered) will be clearly disclosed on the Site.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or inaccuracies caused by carriers.
Delivery Issues

Missed Deliveries / Refused Packages: Packages returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed status may be reshipped at your expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Shy Bunny is not responsible for loss or theft. Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact info@shybunny.ca as soon as possible, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist if the order has not yet shipped.
International Shipping (Future Expansion)
Shy Bunny currently ships only within Canada. If and when we expand to international markets, additional terms will apply, including customs duties, taxes, and compliance with destination country laws. Customers will be responsible for any such charges unless otherwise stated.
